Anne Cathrine Ellingsen Berg works with counseling and litigation related to tax, VAT, company law, restructuring and generational changes. Berg also assists within business law and legal issues related to public procurement and other governmental legal issues.

She is also an administrator of decedent and bankrupt estates with Bergen county court. And member of the Norwegian Complaints Board for petroleum tax.
