Anne Cathrine Ellingsen Berg has more than 20 years of experience in advising on and litigating matters related to taxes, duties, corporate law, restructuring, and generational transitions. She also handles general business law matters. In addition, she assists municipalities with public law issues and public procurement.

She regularly serves as a trustee in bankruptcy estates, estates of deceased persons, and joint property settlements at the Bergen District Court. Berg is a member of the Petroleum Tax Appeals Board.
