Ingse earned a master’s degree in law from the University of Bergen in 2014, having spent one semester studying at Renmin University of China in Beijing. She has been employed as a solicitor and lawyer at Rasmussen & Broch since 2015. From 2019 to 2022, she served as a judge’s deputy at the Bergen and Hordaland District Court. She has also served as a working group leader and research assistant at the Faculty of Law at the University of Bergen.
