Ingse earned a Master of Laws degree from the University of Bergen in 2014, including one semester spent at Renmin University of China in Beijing. She has been employed as an associate and attorney at Rasmussen & Broch since 2015. From 2019 to 2022, she served as a deputy judge at the Bergen and Hordaland District Court.

She primarily practices insolvency law, inheritance and estate administration, and litigation, and regularly serves as a trustee in bankruptcy cases at the Hordaland District Court.
