We are seeking 1–5 attorneys with their own client portfolio who can either join Advokatfirmaet Rasmussen & Broch DA as partners or become part of a shared office arrangement.
We have seven attorneys, one staff attorney, and one secretary, and are located in modern offices in the heart of downtown Bergen (Bradbenken 1 in Bryggen). Our attorneys have extensive and diverse experience, and our services are primarily focused on corporate law clients, tax matters, and estate administration.
We are looking for attorneys with a can-do attitude, business acumen, and the ability to identify effective solutions and create added value for our clients. Ideally, you should have specialized expertise and experience in one or more of the following areas:
· Real estate
· Labor law
· General business law
· Procedure
· Public procurement
· Tax Law
· M&A transactions
· Financing
· Maritime law
· Corporate Law
· Contract Law
· Inheritance and generational transition
Among other things, we place emphasis on the following:
· You have at least 5 years of experience as an attorney or partner in a commercial law practice
· You have strong professional expertise and integrity
· You bring with you a portfolio that you can build upon, or industry contacts and relationships that will enable you to build a portfolio together with us.
· You have strong business acumen and are eager to contribute to the growth of our joint venture
· You are confident enough to work independently, are outgoing, and are a pleasure to work with
