Disputes between business actors can arise in a variety of ways. For a good outcome, focused, commercially oriented assistance at all stages of the process is essential.
We assist in disputes from the first notice of conflict to the final decision. The firm has extensive procedural experience in ordinary courts, in arbitration and in mediation.
Our experience is that costly and time-consuming legal proceedings can often be avoided if the parties' positions are examined early and possible solutions are explored. If a negotiated solution is not achieved, we will take the matter to court or arbitration.
