Ingse holds a Master of Laws from the University of Bergen in 2014, of which one semester was taken at Renmin University of China in Beijing. She has been employed as an associate and lawyer at Rasmussen & Broch since 2015. In the period 2019–2022, she was an associate judge at Bergen and Hordaland District Court.
She works mainly with insolvency law, inheritance and probate, disputes and regularly serves as a trustee in bankruptcy cases at Hordaland District Court.
